Returns and Exchanges
- You may request to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with the invoice or proof of purchase included.
- The customer bears the shipping cost in case of a return, unless the reason is due to an error by Unitradepharma or a defective product.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within [insert number of days] after we receive and inspect the returned product.
